Customer Service Representative
Once training is complete: Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm CST, or Monday 10:00am-Friday 6:00pm
Must submit English resume to be considered.
Inbound & outbound calls with clients to obtain their medical history information for their life insurance application process. Must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology and able to document information gathered into a database while on the call. Quality review of insurance applications. Assist with coaching and training. Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Skills and Talents:
- Strong medical terminology and knowledge of medical diagnosis, testing, medications and treatments.
- Ability to train, coach and provide valuable feedback.
- Able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues and staff
- Articulate - strong oral communication skills both English and Spanish
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate speller
- Proficient with computers - including updating records, toggling between various databases and researching information via the internet
- Communicate and coordinate with management and colleagues
- Professional telephone presence
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to work independently

Must be able to read and write Spanish and English.
Speak to clients in Spanish and document their answers in English in the trcking system.
