Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Puerto Vallarta base salary plus benefits. Immediate interview and start. Please attach resumes in English to show communication skills.

Once training is complete: Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm CST, Friday 12:30pm – 5:00pm CST and Saturday 8am-noon CST 
 

Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients to obtain their medical history information for their life insurance application process. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and able to document information gathered into a database while on the call. Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Skills and Talents:

  • Articulate - strong oral communication skills both English and Spanish
  • Medical terminology and medical knowledge
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills – both in English and Spanish
  • Accurate speller
  • Proficient with computers - including updating records, toggling between various databases and researching information via the internet
  • Able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
  • Professional telephone presence
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to work independent
 

Speak to clients in Spanish and document their answers in English in the interview system.

Multi-tasking ability to speak with customers while entering information into the system.
